Return & Exchange Policy

In case you've changed your mind about your purchase, our straightforward refund/ exchange policy will reassure you.
Raleigh Bikes purchased through us qualify for a 14-day bike returns policy. This gives you a chance to test out your new bike and make sure it’s perfect for you. If you change your mind within this two-week period, simply get in touch with us and we'll you organise a return. You may return a bike for a full refund or to exchange for another size.

Customer Care

We make all efforts to display the colors and images of products that appear on our SHOP as accurately as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. As stated on the shop page we do not ship products and you must come in store or call us to order.
