Cytech trained
We’re proud that all our workshop staff are Cytech trained.
Cytech is the bicycle industry’s only accredited training scheme for cycle mechanics and retail staff.
As a Cytech Accredited Workshop you can be confident that all work is carried out to the manufacturer’s guidelines and British Standard by a competent mechanic. Our continuous training programme means we are always up to date with the latest products including advancements in electric bike technology.

Our Service
Basic Service/Safety Check + Parts
The service includes brake and gear setup, replacement of brake blocks, cables, grips, inner tubes or tyres as required.
General Service + Parts
The service includes a Basic Service plus adjusting or replacing the headset, hubs and bottom bracket. Wheel Truing where necessary.
Full Service + Parts
The service includes a General Service plus strip down, degrease and rebuild of the bike.

Electric Bike Servicing
We are continually training on the latest eBike Technolgy and can be assured our workshop technicians are fully trained on all eBikes we sell or service. We specialize in Bosch, Yamaha & Shimano Steps eBike systems, but are also familiar with Panasonic, ION, and TranzX eBike systems.
